Preliminary Inspection
The first thing you notice about this shop is the title of its topic. I'd recommend using title case capitalisation and using symbols and fancy fonts, to draw more attention to your shop. Next, you notice the banner. The banner is really good, and it definitely symbolises the pixel-art theme of the shop. One point I'd make about it is to try and not use copyrighted characters as work examples, but it's still an amazing banner! As for the format of the front page, it could be improved. I'd suggest making use of more symbols or fancy fonts, as well as using capitalisation and BBCode. Just to be sure, you could also run the post through an automated spell-check to pick off any big grammar issues, but your front page is still pretty decent!
Service (8/10)
This shop has good service. My order was completed in a day, which is an incredible timescale for any shop. However, I have seen some shops with instant service, but day-based service is fine too. The way you notify your customers is good, commenting on their profiles, because all customers might not be following your topic.
Product (10/10)
This shop makes excellent products! The piece of pixel-art I ordered as an example was top-notch and perfect. Although I would recommend making a portfolio in the form of a studio to have all the products of your work, and then link to it on the front page, but the actual sprites themselves are amazing!
Overall (9/10)
I'd recommend this shop for customers looking for pixel-art or music! It's a great place to shop, and deserves the right to grow.
