And they'll sumbnit all speeches to me, and I'll pick out my top 2 candidates for each job. Then we vote, and the cadidiate with the highest vote gest selected to be the head of the job, and the second one becomes assistant.

The thumbnails are the wrong size (should be 480x360 px) and the banners are the right size, I think. Anywas, I'll think carefully, since you ahve spammed the forum twice and have been told to stop.
