Customer Code of Conduct
- please credit this shop for anything you order.
- Do not spam, or bump the forum. Only staff members may bump the forum. You will be banned if you do spam.
- please leave us a review, if you want!
- Treat our staff with respect.
- Your deadline must be at least 1 week after the order was placed. Please state TIMEZONE (or how many hours ahead/behind GMT you are) becuase we can find someone who lves in around the same area and we will get your order done on time.
- please don't yell at us if your order is overdue, our secretary will work out who will be best.

Staff Code of Conduct
- Do not spam the forum. If you do, you will get a strike, no questions asked. You will not go through the system of warnings before getting a strike.
- If you are an employee, and you need something you can't do, you may order from our shop! No need for forms, or any complicated things.
- Treat our customers with resepect.
- To claim an order, simply say “Claimed! Thank you for choosing Star Thumbnails!”
- To give someone their order, quote the post and please say “Here is your completed order: (link to project) Thank you forchoosing Star Thumbnails!”
- If you do not respond to an activity check, or as Milky calls them, ACs, you will get 1 warning. If you get two warnings, you will get a strike.
- A strike can be removed if you claim 2 orders and complete them, and respond to 1 activity checks.
- Put the word “ stargazing ” in your application if you apply for a role.
- As a member of staff, all thumbnails must be downloaded in the png formant if possible, and you must use some form of graphic designer, and all thumbnails must be made on some form of design programs, and must be 480x360 px, or scratch will ruin the quality.
- You MUST be following this forum.

Vice-President (can do anything except appoint members of the bod and call activity checks)
Secretary (organises the orders into claimed, overdue; claimed; unclaimed, overdue; unclaimed, also checks in on everyone except Milky) WarriorsRoleplayer (GMT -4)

Public Relations Officer (asks shops to parter with us, rejects any application to join a federation)
