Y'know, this is coming from a random kid on the Internet, but I've got some advice.
I think the reason all this drama MIGHT be happening is because you're running out of orders and getting kinda bored. (Though there is a request on the previous page, might wanna check that out) and, if you want to get more customers, then you gotta STAND OUT.
Y'know, there is a lot of people making shops and whatnot, so if you want customers, you gotta make them have a reason to go to THIS shop, not any other one, this one.
Now, executing this plan, I have no idea how to do that. But I think the shop might need to head in that general direction.
Don't give up! It'll be rough in the journey, but if you keep going long enough, you'll hit the jackpot eventually!
