There must be a majority for a new improvement to be passed onto the BoD. They cycle through every three months, and in the last month the next representatives are elected(The number of representatives may change as the foundation grows, but the number must be odd)
People giving the suggestions: They put forward new suggestions and don't have to have any role. As long as they are part of the GOC, they will be able to put forward an idea. There is no limit to the amount of people putting forward the suggestions, as long as they have a suggestion, they will be allowed to suggest.

I'm not sure if the idea is good, but I hope it gets concidered! I think this sounds shop-like but this way, we can keep the same forum on for longer!
