Effective 25 April 2020

FIRST
You must respond to all activity checks. This lets me know you are still working here. Activity checks are held once every 2 weeks, on Mondays. If you fail to complete a check, you will receive one strike. If you fail to complete two checks in a row, you will receive three strikes.
SECOND
You must be kind and considerate to other Scratchers. I do not tolerate rudeness. If you are rude or disrespectful, you will receive one to three strikes depending on the severity.
THIRD
The tenth Term is ineffective. If you completed the reading of the ToS, please instead put “I fed your hamsters” in the “Why should we hire you?” part of your application. Failure to do so will result in you not being hired. Sadly, it will never be spaghetti time.
FOURTH
Please get orders done on time. You will receive one strike per two weeks after the due date has passed.
FIFTH
Only directors may hire, and only I and the vice-CEO may fire.
SIXTH
Any violation of the Community Guidelines will result in one strike.
SEVENTH
If you receive three strikes, I will sadly have to fire you.
EIGTH
If you go 30 days without getting a strike, your strikes will be forgiven.
NINTH
Excessive spam will result in one strike. (Idle chatter is spam; please post in the chat studio.)
TENTH
If you read the ToS, please put “It's spaghetti time” in the “Why should we hire you?” part of your application.
