1. Don't turn down an order like that. You should wait to see if someone will take it. Turning down an order like that will almost guarantee that customer won't come back again.

2. Don't give out BoD spots like that. That worker literally just joined and you gave them the VP spot. I would understand if you had no VP and was desperate to get somebody, but there was another worker who joined before. Giving such a high spot to someone who just joined isn't exactly a good idea.

3. Your banner is quite good and great that you gave credit, but it's not a good idea to bunch everything up in the first post AND not have much BBcode (post formatting). Also, not adding capital letters gives your shop a sloppy and unprofessional look. I suggest using a format like this:

Is there anything we could change?:

Rating (scale of 1-10)?:

P.S. Please do not take this the wrong way. This is just a suggestion, not a must-do. This is also not showing off, I just like to leave a comment about my suggestions in new shops.

Maybe ask them to change their post to just the banner or something and then you can use your bump posts for the rest? I'm not sure if it will work but just a suggestion
