Welcome to Exceltude Incorporated, a shop dedicated to getting your orders done in the blink of an eye. We were founded on 1 March 2020 by users @cubbywindowsdpc and @-DancerRJV-. We offer a wide range of products and are happy to help in ever situation. Need a colour gradient for text on your shop? Order a BBCode product! Want some bugfixing for your new platformer? Order a debugging product! Need a bit of sprite-work for a new game you're making? Get a sprite product! There are countless scenarios where we will come in handy, thanks to some welcoming and professional staff members, and top-quality products delivered at an almost unnoticeable rate.

Okay. I like this shop's layout, it's very organized and neat. The front page featured the most important things, news, a directory, a banner, and the “About Us”. They're cleverly worded and convincing. I also like how “Terms And Conditions” is bolded. I would suggest moving the advertising form below the order form, as customers may not notice it. I would also suggest getting rid of the report form, as it serves no purpose now. I would also suggest making a studio portfolio, to show off orders, unless you've already done that. I would also change “Extra Information” to “Staff Information” just to be clearer. Overall, this shop has a great and successful layout and seems to be surviving out there in the world of shops.

Terms and Conditions

1.1 Strictly no spamming. We do not tolerate unnecessary posts
1.2 You must always remain in adherence with the Scratch Community Guidelines
Section 2 - For Customers
2.1 Make sure that you give as much detail as you can in terms of what you are ordering
2.2 In the “Work you want done” section, state the general product type you are ordering
2.3 Give credit to the shop or the employee who did the work for you
2.4 You are encouraged to fill out the customer service survey when the product is finished
2.5 Do not claim that the product is made by you
2.6 Expect waits of at least a day, due to timezone differences
2.7 If you order and have read these terms, you should put the codeword pistachio somewhere in your order form.
Section 3 - For Employees and Applicants
3.1 Please do your best work
3.2 Try to be as active as possible
3.3 All staff employees must be following our topic
3.4 Only take orders that you know you can complete
3.5 Activity checks will be held periodically. Respond to them to prove your activity
3.6 You will receive a strike if you do not adhere to these terms
3.7 If you receive 3 strikes, you will be fired from the shop, but you can always reapply.
3.8 The codephrase is I am powered by KONE EcoDisc. Include this phrase in your “did you read the terms and conditions” section for proof that you have read these terms

Information for BoD Members

When the BoD is full (provided that there are also enough regular employees), you will enter the BoD via election. When an election for a position occurs, write your speech, and all speeches will be voted on. The person with the most votes will get the position. If the election is for president, 1st vice president, chairman, manager or secretary, the 1st vice president/deputy/assistant manager/assistant secretary will be promoted to the primary position, and the election will be held for the secondary position.

If you receive 2 strikes and you are on the BoD, you will be demoted from the BoD and an election will take place.

Manager and above have the right to instantly promote anyone to BoD status if they would like to. The president will need to approve the promotion and take it to a vote if the user is to be promoted.

Manager and above have the right to accept employee applications. Public Relations Officer has the right to accept partnership applications. The president and vice presidents are in full control.

If a new BoD position is introduced, the employee in the position below it will be promoted, and employees will be promoted until the lowest position on the BoD is open.

Votes

In the event of a vote, regular employees will get 1 vote, and BoD members will get 2 votes if the vote is not a yes-or-no question. The president votes at the end, and the chairman can vote normally, and then submit the casting vote at the end in the event of a tie.

Suggestions

We always appreciate your suggestions! If you wish to propose something to the shop, make a post about it. If three BoD members approve of it, it will be taken to a vote. Very minor suggestions (typos in the front page, BBCode errors, forgetting to give strikes to people who didn't respond to the activity check etc.) will not be taken to a vote or required to be approved, instead they will be implemented immediately.
