This act in order by the governor of Shopbux, @ajsya, and the people declares that a governor is only allowed to serve a maximum of 2 terms in a row. After their two terms are up do not mean that they need to stop governing forever, it just means that they have to wait at least 1 term before running again.

But their most likely to give much higher scores to themselves than anyone else which is quite unfair…
