Why Prime Credits?
For scratchers:

Unlike most currencies, you don't need to join a shop to earn Prime Credits. Instead, you can earn it itself, which mean that you don't to decide whether to pay or not.

For shops:

Since scratchers don't need to worry about earning Prime Credits, there will be more scratchers who wants to pay Prime Credits. So Prime Credits are a big opportunity.
