Um, this isn’t TIPS 1.0, 2 announcements that are always within the last few pages isn’t that hard to look for, and there’s only 2 announcements active at most usually. How would it be hard to organise?

But what if there’s some emergency rule?

Like when you left in 1.0 @coolcatcool2 had to take your place on the notifier team (which was not the best way but no other way so it’s the best way so my saying is wrong so I am crazy because I am typing out this long sentence without using even one punctuation which means I’m spiraling down the drain…), I’m still trying to think of a better way.
