Yes. It's a privilege. I don't know why you would refuse it, and also the voting system is set up so that everyone can vote.

Pretty much, paddle agrees with them that the Requests forum is getting out of hand (1132262 linked to the speech) and paddle also said that he is working on a post in the Requests forum to get things back on track.

I am beyond annoyed. I don't understand. ShopBux could even get closed down. This was to help ShopBux, keep everyone on track. And then this. I give up. Talk to me tomorrow.

I know, I agree. It would be extremely annoying if they closed down ShopBux. Keep in mind that the ST do have souls, though, and I highly doubt they would take down something that so many people have put so much time and effort into. Surely the party thing would be okay though, similar systems have happened in the past many times (even in the SPA for a brief period). If they were going to take down shopbux they would’ve done it ages before.

Well, the ST wouldn't have a reason to shut down this forum if it was actually helpful. I'm not being mean here, I'm just saying that (while it is potentially useful) people aren't actually using this currency much. There are three recorded shop transactions so far. In my opinion, the other transactions don't really count, because people are just accumulating currency for the sake of accumulating currency.
