I have a few suggestions.

I'm not really liking a few of the new features of the new format.
1. The new hiring form:
The ‘Scratch wiki editor?’ and ‘Scratch welcoming committee member?’ part is unnecessary in my opinion. It makes the shop seem more professional, but is it really going to affect whether you hire the person or not? Just because you're not a wiki or committee member doesn't mean you can't do a great job in the shop. Is @diamond-girl either of those? I don't think so. Is she a great help to the shop? In my opinion, yes, just like several of our other staff. I think it makes our shop too high-strung when all of our staff are very laid-back. It's a small change, but it's kinda bugging me, because it's just not, not us.

2. The ‘order number’ thing:
Again, this is one of the things that make a shop SEEM more professional. But are we really going to make our order-ers go to the trouble to load the project and get an order number just so that we can think that we're really professional? An order number really does nothing. The script inside the project literally says ‘generate random number from 1 to 99999’. Again, it's a small change, but it's just not us.

3. The ‘How to Respond to an Activity Check’:
Again. It makes the shop SEEM a bit more professional. But is it? Now, until we get really used to it, we have to go ALL THE WAY back to the front page and see what activity check number it is, and see how to respond to it, and maybe even copy and paste it. Again. A small change. But it's unnecessary.

Now some suggestions on stuff to ADD:
1. The OC form:
Remember, in teh other thread, I gave you a form for OCs and you said that would be good? Lol, you forgot

That's basically it. Small changes. In fact, I doubt they'll even get voted on enough to actually happen. And that's not a big deal. I was just making a few tiny suggestions.
