History

Vectoria Shop was founded by OTSFan203 on May 26th, 2018 on the old topic, and it received little attention - low staff, only two orders in its twenty-three days of existence. It was closed on June 18, 2018, because I was extremely busy with lots of other stuff and because we weren't branching easily.
However, it was reopened on December 8th, 2018, in the current topic. To help us grow, we joined the United Federation of Scratch Shops (UFSS), ShopCard, and the Shop Directory 11.0.

Notice

Please report any orders that have not been responded to in a week or over, as well as inaccurate content or content that must be added. Additionally, if you are not satisfied with your order, your complaint will be evaluated and you will receive a response in one to two weeks. Evaluation is done according to our policies, which you may view in the “Policies” section.
Any breaching of Vectoria policy, in our standards, temporarily or permanently disqualifies the Vectoria worker that has broken the policy, and lighter punishments will be decided by Vectoria if it, again, follows our policies.
We highly recommend reading our policies before ordering, but if you decide not to, we are not accountable in any way.

Voice Acting

Username // User you want to voice act (optional) // Link to lines (if there is none, please state the user's lines, part, and a description of their character(s) // Your currency (we accept The Trading Currency (TTC), trading something for something; if you use this currency please explain what you will give in turn, the Free Product Currency (FPC), which is, hence the name, free, the Cool Rewards Program (CRP), which we support from ShopCard (go there to get a CRP card and better explanation), where you are given a Rewards card and funded to buy what you need, such as starting off, and lastly the Scratch Standard Currency (SSC) - follows, love-its, etc.) - the user will note if they do not use your currency, and will also give you a price // Deadline // Other information (please specify, leave blank if none) //

Want to Join?
Are you interested in joining Vectoria? Look for open positions here!

Vice President (requires election) - If you're interested in joining us as Vice President, write as much as you can on WHY you should become VP. Please note that staff members will later vote on VP, so make it good!

Secretaries (2) - The secretary is in charge of multiple things, such as helping with applications, partnerships, publicity, and even policy breachings! Write why you want to be a secretary. This does not require election - secretaries will be appointed by the President and Vice President (each will pick one) after they are both appointed.

Administrators (6) - Admins have the extremely important job of keeping Vectoria's order, assisting leaders, and making sure that all posts are noticed. They are also in charge of making sure that the system is running properly. If you want to be one, tell us why!

Partnership Affairs Director - PADs are in charge of maintaining order with partnership affairs. PADs also help locate potential partners and report them to Admins, who can decide if the report is worth summarizing to the secretaries. Please write as much as you can on why we should pick you as a PAD.

Moderators (10) - Moderators look for policy breachings and answer questions. All Vectoria members may help provide answers, but moderators have the most important role in doing so. Additionally, they report orders unnoticed by filers to Admins. Why should we pick you?

Filers (7) - Filers are in charge of finding the “preferred users” in orders and notifying the preferred user about the order. Also, if a user is on the Inactive List, they will tell the customer with the inactive user as their preferred user. Write why you should be one.

Advertisers (12) - Advertisers are in charge of promoting Vectoria to potential customers. For example, if someone wanted a new logo, you could direct them to Vectoria (please no advertising on unrelated studios/projects). This should be a collaborative effort but this is led by advertisers. Putting the Vectoria banner in your signature increases your chances by 85%. So, write why we should pick you! xD

Workers (infinite) - Workers are the brains of Vectoria. They are why Vectoria is here. The workers are in charge of completing ALL orders; you will be directed to orders featuring you as the “preferred user” by filers. Please note that you can be a worker AS WELL AS any other job.

Our Policies

This is a viewable list of all Vectoria policies. Vectoria is dedicated to establishing all policies and following these policies with no breachings.

Customer/Order Policy

We accept four currencies in our orders: the Scratch Standard Currency (SSC), The Trade Currency (TTC), Cool Rewards Program (CRP), and the Free Product Currency (FPC). You may specify your currency in ALL order forms. However, a “preferred user” is allowed to inquire another currency, and if you do not support that currency, they may decline.
In Vectoria, our customer rights are that users may order anything inside the Scratch guidelines, and that “preferred users” are not obligated to complete your order, the system is simply for preference. We attempt to necessitate your preferences but we can not guarantee that your preferred user will complete your order, although they are required to respond to a customer's order within three weeks, with the exception of if your order was already taken by another staff member.
As for refunds, you may complain if your order is not satisfactory, and we will evaluate what happens from there according to our Complaint, Liability, & Suggestion Policy. However, if you attempt to get a self-refund by either removing the SSC or unsharing the TTC, you will be stripped of your rights to use the order, and therefore using the order would be considered theft. In the case of reviews, you will simply become a UTW Customer, or Untrustworthy Customer, meaning your orders will be declined. This may also occur in other breaches of Vectoria's policy.
If the order is not used within four months, the order's creator will receive refunds from our team.

Complaint, Liability, & Suggestion Policy

In complaints, we simply evaluate the complaint based on its reasonability, your order, etc. If in your order, you asked for a green sky and were given a turquoise one, we would probably give the user a punishment of staff suspension, meaning they cannot accept orders for a certain amount of time, in this case, it would most likely be one or two days. You should receive a response in around one to two weeks.
As for liability, we guarantee full liability. Any breachings of such will have evaluated punishments. If you would like to learn more about our liability, please look at the section that is above this.
Covering suggestions, they will also be evaluated according to their necessariness and benefits. Rejected suggestions will receive no attention unless they have the support of over twenty-five customers/staff. If a suggestion is implemented, those who suggested will receive a notification and the change will be made in the amount of time needed.

Staff Member & Application Rights Policy

Applications will be read within one or two days, and if we are interested, we will contact you; otherwise, you will receive no response. If you are contacted, we will interview and after an interview is completed you will receive your response in one to two weeks. Staff members MUST follow this thread, or otherwise will be kicked for inactivity.
As for staff members, “preferred users” may reserve their rights to decline to any orders directed to them, or otherwise inquire a deal, like if they do not support the currency you want to buy from. They will also give you prices. If you are not the “preferred user”, then you must follow all of their mandatory inquiries, and you may decide the price.
If you accept their order, you must post their price as well as “Taken!” or “Accepted!” and then notify them when you are done. Please do not start working on their order until you have received a response, in case they decline your price or, if you are a preferred user, deal.
Staff members that wish not to be kicked for inactivity must notify us that they are moving to the inactive list. If you are kicked for any reason, then you will be reinterviewed to keep your spot if you would like (during this process a temporary user will replace your spot, and then official appointing/electing will be done if you are denied your spot.

We are held fully accountable for all Vectoria policy breachings, although we are not responsible for all denied/rejected complaints.

Terms of Service
We sell all products that are listed in departments. If you would like another, you may submit a suggestion. Please read the Suggestions Policy for more information on that subject.
The Terms of Service are self-explanatory throughout the rest of the post.
