Example: 2018 Pyeongchang Winter Olympics Snowboarding: Women’s Halfpipe
By:@-Cuteii-
The 2018 Winter Olympics Snowboarding event: Women’s Halfpipe was really fun to watch. All the athletes that was completing in Women’s Halfpipe were amazing but only 3 could get medals. The event begun on Febuary, 11. First, the athletes had to do a Ladies HP Qualification Run 1. 17 year old Chloe Kim from the US gets first in Ladies HP Qualification Run 1 with a high score of 91.50! 2nd place in Ladies HP Qualification Run 1 is JiaYu Liu from China with a score of 87.75! 3rd place is Maddie Mastro from the US with a score of 83.75! Last place in Ladies HP Qualification Run 1 is Hikaru Oe , from Japan, which is 24th place with a score of 10.00. Isn’t it a terrible score? Well, yes compared to the athletes but no to normal people. Tell you this, the athletes trained 4 years to make it to the Olympics. Honestly, Hikaru Oe was amazing! In the Ladies HQ Qualification Run 2, 12 people made it to the next round. They are, Chloe Kim from USA, JiaYu Liu from China, Haruna Matsumoto from Japan etc. In the Final Run 1, Chloe Kim, JiaYu Liu, and Kelly Clark get 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place! However, there are still 2 more final runs to show the results. This time in the Final Run 2, Chloe Kim, JiaYu Liu, and Kelly Clark got 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place again! Can they defend their scores? Let’s find out! Well, you probably would want to hear the results. Drumroll please! 3rd place is …. drumroll please, Arielle Gold from the US! 2nd place is….. drumroll please, JiaYu Liu from China! 1st place is, (well, you probably already guessed but) the amazing Chloe Kim from the US! We hoped you liked our article!

Why you want to be a journalist: I want to put some smaller Scracthers in the spotlight, I feel we have all been in there situation tbh.
Why you'd be good at it: I have been on this site for exactly 2 years (I had an old account ) I feel like by now I know how to gauge the potential a Scratcher.
What type of article (forum, scratcher?): Scratcher
Example: I don't normally write articles haha, so I'll just make up an example :P
(Scratcher) has been doing Scratch for (Amount of Time), they have posted projects such as (Project1), (Project2) and (Project3).
They show an ability to understand and use complicated scripts, their games are usually enjoyable to play as they listen to feedback and try to fix bugs whenever they get notified about them.
Their Projects tend to follow certain themes e.g. (Theme probably a fandom tbh) and doing so they fall into the same problems that others in their situation do, such as (Problem1) which can drag down the quality of the projects.
A way to solve this would be avoiding cliches that can lead to (Problem1) such as (cliche1).
Apart from that, I highly suggest that you follow (Scratcher), or at the very least check out their projects.

Why you want to be a journalist: I would like to be a journalist because I like to write and check facts but feel free to decline this application!
Why you'd be good at it: I like writing essays and stories and stuff like that so that might help! I also think I work well with others so this would be a good experience…
What type of article (forum, scratcher?): Either really…
Example: I have a couple of them so this is one (also it's about the athlete Wilma Rudolph): A famous African-American Track and Field runner. Rudolph was born June 23rd 1940 and died November 12th 1994 at the age of fifty-four. She is a role-model for black and woman athletes. She was very sick as a child. She had polio at the age of four and recovered. She wore a leg brace until the age of eight and an orthopedic shoe for two years. She was walking independently by the age of twelve. She was homeschooled until 2nd grade. At sixteen she was in high-school and training for the 1956 olympics. In the 4x100m relay she ran the third section and her team won bronze. Only a couple of years later she became mother to Yolanda who she named after her sister. 1960 was a big year for Wilma because she won 3 gold medals. These medals were for the 4x100m relay (she competed with three others), 100m dash and the 200m dash. During the 200m dash she set a world record that stood for 8 years! She became famous along with Cassius Clay (Muhammad Ali), Oscar Robertson and Rafer Johnson in Rome,Italy. Rudolph became the first American to win 3 gold medals in one Olympic games (Olympiad). She achieved so much by the age of twenty. Wilma also helped break down gender barriers at the Millford Games (which has previously been all men). After these achievements she was considered the fastest woman in the world by many. She wanted to be on top when she retired so she retired at the young age of twenty-two in 1962. Most of her life from there on was spent teaching 2nd grade. She was also a part-time coach for Track and Field at her old high-school. Rudolph also married Robert Eldridge. They had four kids who were Yolanda (1958), Djuanna (1964), Robert Jr. (1965) and Xurry (1971). In 1994 she was unfortunately diagnosed with brain and throat cancer. Soon after in the year 1997 the Governor of Tennessee (Don Sundquist) proclaimed that June 23rd be known as “Wilma Rudolph Day” in Tennessee,America.

Well, yes compared to the athletes but no to normal people. Tell you this, the athletes trained 4 years to make it to the Olympics. Honestly, Hikaru Oe was amazing! In the Ladies HQ Qualification Run 2, 12 people made it to the next round.
