Um so I guess I should post something on topic now… Well there are two reasons why I don't want to join the SPA. One of them is the giant banners some of the shops have. I feel like it is really unnecessary to have 300 pixel tall banner with just the shop's name on it. Then some of the shop's descriptions are huge such as the one that uses a list with bullets that I feel adds unnecessary spacing. Another thing that drives me off is the SPA's emphasis on speed. Giving a forced period of time to complete an order makes me nervous. Writing a quality reviews and ideas take time. The period of time it takes for me to complete an order is all over the place from a hour to a week. Open to all fast shops feels like your making the most important thing about a shop is speed. I care more about quality and will sometimes not work on orders because I feel like my current mood will produce worse quality than if I was in a better mood or didn't have reviewer's/writer's block. Trying to complete orders in something like 2 days seems stressing to me. Anyway I hope this counts as on topic.

I entirely agree with that. My shop focuses on speed, but not all shops are like that.

I’m not supposed to say this but we don’t actually really mind how fast our members are any more, it is more just trying to stop slow and bad quality shops from considering themselves able to join. The giant banners and descriptions are seriously a problem, and we are working towards a sustainable solution.
