In Dimensions, please state how tall you want it to be, and how wide (in pixels). The actual height and width don't matter, but the ratio does. For example, 200 by 400 will be the same as 100 by 200.

A banner is basically a piece of art that doesn't need to fit into anything specific, such as a logo, which needs to be square, and or signature, which needs a specific. So it can be any size.
