She's holding a baby. Ada has blue eyes and she's smiling. She's wearing a blue dress, a pink cardigan with brown tie-up laces, green tights and brown sandals. Ada has her hair in shoulder-length bunches. Ava has green eyes and her eyes should be slightly pink because her brother, Jacob died. Her face is white. She's wearing a black lace skirt, dark-blue tights, black school shoes, a black top and a blue cardigan. Her hair is in two plaits, tied with black ribbons. She's clutching a shortbread tin in her left hand and a lucky cat in her right hand.Their dad is wearing black shoes, a red jumper and normal blue jeans. Under normal circumstances I would help, but the limit of my drawing abilities stretches to a stickman.

What do you guys think about adding a love-it pay system for the orders? I've seen it done in other shops, and that would give employees more incentive to finish orders on time.

The love-its could be given according to how well the order was done, on a scale of 1 to 10.

If the order doesn't get completed on time, then the customer doesn't have to pay at all.

Do you think this would work?



Little side note: we have two orders that still have not been taken. One is for art, the other is for backstory help. I don't get computer access as often as I'd like to so I cannot take any art orders for a while.

I also discarded those orders that weren't completed. They could always ask for it again.

I think that might work. I'm currently working on an art order, but I'd be happy to take the backstory one. I'll go check it out now.
