I've been practicing scripts (and have been a debugger in a large collaboration), but I do like simple vector animations (especially lip syncing, I enjoyed a bitmap lip sync once, too) and I can do language (writing, grammar checking, reviews, etc). How many shops are you an employee at? Only 2, I'm a manager at GlitterStores and the owner of my other shop (it's dead now)

Also: You probably don't need any employees (and I probably won't get accepted), I just think that at least doing a back-up order completion project would help me animate/draw/write/voice act/code better, basically help me learn to be better on Scratch. Also you'll notice that I linked a project from another user (and that I am a New Scratcher with few projects shared), but that is simply because I recently moved accounts and that was my original account. I had done some timed animation challenges and there were a ton of really poorly animated things on there. Eh, whatever. Also the bitmap lip sync one was done in the style given to me as the original project, I think if I tried I could do quite a few styles, as well as animate/draw in a few different styles in vector.

Before you decide anything, I'd recommend reading the whole thing. No hard feelings if you don't want to accept me, though.
