You got a three for coding because of the fish-eye effect, although you don't need to do the repeat four code twice inside the forever block. You can change four to one and it will still work the same. At the moment it's just a scratch cat with a mutating mouth. Maybe try to change it into some form of game, like a platformer or animation.

I did repeat for so it would change fisheye more than just 25. I didn't put 100 instead of 25 because I want a gradual affect.
