Yes, based off of this, a logical succession would be Founder's Assistant redglitter, and then Manager BrownieBatter987 and Manager's Assistant which is currently vacant.

If this cannot take place, only if redglitter and BrownieBatter987 are no longer interested, and -rose-ice- doesn't come back, then I guess I can suggest closing this shop down completely, or having a merger with Austinato's Art Market, which I, of course, own, and we're looking for a short boost (concerning staff.)

Having a merger is a pretty big thing and I don't wish to do this without everyone's approval, so…

I guess we can attempt the succession plan mentioned previously (with redglitter and BrownieBatter987), and then possibly closing or having Austinato's Art Market acquire or merge with this shop.
