Some texts in editor.po should go into blocks.po

There are some texts in editor.po that really should go into blocks.po since they are visible in the blocks. At least this applies to the languages I checked: Danish, Swedish and German.

They're probably in both. I think these are used in the help section of the editor.

Even if they are in both I think the blocks should be in the blocks.po-file. This helps if you only want to translate the blocks and not the rest of the editor. The language-file for the offline editor is formed by concatenating blocks.po and editor.po.
