Umm. That is not what this is for. This is for people to get more choices by ordering there and it gets sent to many different shops, then it gets sent back to the person who ordered it. I need shops to support it and prioritize orders from it.

I think I might “retire,” here's why:

Coders have absolutely no place in the requests forums. It's less that they are unwelcome, more that they are not needed.

I have looked in various shops, and coding orders are very rare. In fact, the one order I did was actually just me on an alt account I made because I was very bored for that exact reason.

Even though the major lack of coding orders doesn't make sense to me logically, it is still existent to me. Therefore, I think that my position will be more beneficial to someone who can do more than just coding.

Perhaps this is a reflection of the declining popularity of coding-based projects. The only time I can remember observing popular and innovative coding on this still-amazing website has been packaged with great visuals and gameplay, which I believe is the primary concern of the average user.

I'm not saying that Scratch doesn't teach coding. Quite the opposite. Animations still need scripts, and games are impossible without coding skills. It's just that in the average community, like this shop, more “advanced” coders are almost nonexistent. And for me, it feels like I'm out of my place.

In short, I feel like it would be more beneficial for a newer, less-experienced coder to grow in this community rather than me filling up a seemingly unimportant position, doing things for people rather than teaching them.

Because in the end, that is what Scratch is all about, teaching coding. And an experienced coder should promote that, not do it for them.

I have been working at this shop since almost the beginning. I was one of the first members. I have been devoted to its success, I have promoted it, I have helped out with the studio. I own my own shop (TigerStores), and I own a successful Shop Federation called Triple S. I am devoted to the success of Shops, so much so that I have started something I call, The Shop Helpers. I believe that I would be good with the position of Co-Owner.

I will be active and work hard with this shop. I will make it a better place to work. My goal for this shop is to make it bigger, while maintaining quality and speed of orders. I want the best for this shop, and I will do very well as Co-Owner. Please vote for me.
