I need some help: Devices that are usually in the “Network” section of Explorer show up in Devices and Printers. Not all do, so how can I add a network device into Devices and Printers? Thanks.
If you want to help, please be good at computers, since this shop is open to anyone, even if they aren't good.
Here will help

Also, the method you are showing me is not possible in Windows 7.
Never mind, just in a different place.

Not stuck or anything, but it's quite strange the screen uses Windows XP icons. Not a problem, happens in a lot of places in Windows 7.

The “Brother” printer drivers worked for me.

Done! I used the Devices and Printers Metadata Authoring Wizard to make Windows think it's a wireless router and not a printer. One thing I have a question about is though while Windows now knows it is a wireless router, it still has the print queue. Why is this? Another thing is that it doesn't seem to detect that it is wirelessly connected. The first issue is more of an issue than the last one, but I would still like them both fixed. If it's not possible, then that's fine.
(I used your method to add my router into Devices and Printers by the way, will use it for other devices.)
