You have the ability to accept shops. All managers can, you are the executive manager. The reason that you aren't doing much is that Triple S is not organised yet.

Is the Pixel Art Shop even still allowed in the Triple S? After all, I think it can no longer be classified as a “Small Shop”.
If it's no longer allowed, oh well. Glad to be partnered up with Tiger Stores, though!
