I think it's awesome that you just got promoted to Inspector. It's like, I would have been your boss…. but I don't think Anthony's going to stress his new position as “Chief Superintendent.” He's probably going to keep doing what he usually does, fumble talking to people, shoot at criminals armed with machine-guns…..
If you haven't already guessed, he's kinda got a crush on Kendra.
And he'll probably forget exactly what his title is. It's a bit long and unimportant to him.

Looks: Average weight, quite tall, his entire face (except for his hair color: dark brown and eye color: green) is unknown due to his clothing. He wears a firefighter's uniform that's black with red lines on the sides and at the end of the sleeves along with masks to cover his 2nd degree burned face, there are 3 of them, a plague doctor, a black skull and a clown with a zipper mouth. He wears a gasmask under these masks.
Personality: Obsessed with fire but quite silent and doesn't talk much, he's usually very serious.
Backstory: His parents were both away quite a lot, his mother being a bus driver and his father a businessman, meaning he didn't learn many manners. What he loved to do was to watch the fireplace burn at his house and he grew fascinated and obsessed with fire, to the point of setting a kid who mocked him at school on fire, the kid survived but Derek was severely scolded by his parents, growing angry he set them on fire when they slept, also accidentally burning down their house, killing his parents and giving himself second degree burns. He was sent to an orphanage which he eventually left when he was 16, mentally disturbed, he took the path of crime, now often commiting robberies or taking assassination contracts.
Strengths: Expert at fire-related violence, also very good at explosives.
Weaknesses: Not the most nimble person, but not slow and clumsy either, He can't swim and water can extinguish the fires he causes.
Misc.: He wields flare guns as ranged weapons along with a homemade flamethrower in a similar shape to that of a large shotgun, used for close combat. For melee he uses a short machete. When out in the streets he wears regular clothes that cover his entire body and a very realistic mask of a human.
