Yeah, about all your questions, it'll be added to the order list pronto, and will be up until someone takes it. Once someone takes it, it'll appear as green on the order list. After it's done, it'll appear as blue, with a link to the finished product. We'll also notify you on your profile once it's completed to let you know.

About the order form confusion, I've managed to fit it into the order form with all the information.
