Um… Can I respond for roll call for Gentle Rain Coding Studio? I am a member, and the owner of the thread is a bit inactive right now.
Well, is the shop overall active?
It's active, but it doesn't get very many orders. We do advanced work, and so we have a more limited crowd…. We do cloud lists, 3d renderers….

Speaking of not many orders will we create an endorsement like system like there was in tsf

Alright, as long as it is actively looked at and reviewed upon, then it'll be seen as active. If you don't receive any orders, you shouldn't be penalized for that.

I was in TSF, but I'm not aware that there was one. Could you explain how that one worked/this one would work?

Sorry, but I don't understand why you quoted this post.

(I don't mean that in a rude manner if it is misinterpreted that way.)

It's breaking the laws of grammar. He underlines “an moderator” because you only use “an” when the word following it starts with a vowel.

Oh, I didn't notice the underline, but if I did I would've noticed that. Thanks CutieCow17.

Since I'm currently busy with some other tasks and the role of archiver hasn't been used since jromagnoli has been recruited, I would like for you (or any volunteers) to find the links to the following shops found in the members list:

  • GlitterStores
  • Sisters Store: Anything and Everything!
  • The TNGC Shop (closed but still need link)
  • The Card Shop
  • Black Hole Logos

Many of which should be able to be found in previous pages, or you could just search in your own method.

I'm thinking that the proposition mechanism is a bit complicated, to be honest, so I was thinking that it should be only given to standard members (those who are not owners, secretaries, archivers, etc.), that ensures that they propose reasonable laws. Not that I do not trust them, but for head staff it's a bit complicated and unnecessary to wait three days (and up to six days) for a law to be passed.

This is not intended as a rant, but rather a suggestion that I've been meaning to address for a while.

Elaborating on this, all standard members (defined previously) DO have to pass law approval through the proposition thread (which will be linked in the OP soon) while head staff do not have to wait that long. However, to ensure that the head staff is responsible as well, a similar action could be done against bad actions:

1. Head staff passes a proposition/law.
2. The controversial law could be denied by three members of any rank.
3. A vote occurs, and the result is the result. Shall there be a tie, the law is kept. The vote cannot return until another month.

Based on this, the limit for a shop to be inactive until it is kicked will be from five months down to one. This is to ensure activity is among our shops and this will not be forgotten so easily. This is already “law” and can be reversed.

Endorsements was an idea that supported small but good shops with alot of potential.
They were given extra advertisement and support by other members if the tsf sorry for not elaborating I just assumed u knew.

Oh, I should've known, but I was a new member when it closed. How would this endorsement work? Like advertising more, or something?

I'm sorry, I'm sort of distracted, I burnt my finger when I typing so now I can't stop the pain xD

And As far as the Shop entry form needs to changed, just add:

Do you agree to have the “Watchers” moderate your shop's main chat for rulebreakers?:
If no to the previous question, what insurance can you give us that no rulebreakers will be using your shop as a hub or meeting place?:

And, I may know a person who can help the USS grow and perhaps bring a semi-large shop into the USS, I'll try to get on contact with them, if I get the green lights

Alright, that isn't good (that you burnt your finger) and I'll add that later.
