No Internet
Even though you probibly won't be reading this if you don't have internet it's good to know what to do when it does happen.
Step 1: Figure out if it's the WiFi or Router. If you are using Ethernet then you know it's the router. If you are on WiFi it gets tricky. If possible, try seeing if you have internet though a wire (Ethernet). If you do, it's the WiFi that is broken. If not, your router has a problem.
Router Problem
Try unplugging and re plugging all wires (including power)
Wait 15 to 30 minutes (in case of repair)

DOne Could you edit this part in my tutorial:It should also have the correct iconto this?It should also have the correct icon, rather than the “generic device” icon (for example: your device is supposed to show a picture of a camera but it shows the “generic device” icon instead.)

How to make a thumbnail and save it:How's this tutorial?
First, you have to find a website that makes thumbnails (I usually use www.pizap.com). Then, when you’re done with the thumbnail, open your project, upload the thumbnail as a sprite or backdrop (backdrop is recommended). Then, click the green flag, hide all visible sprites, variables and lists and set the backdrop to your thumbnail. Now, stop the project and press “save now”. The new thumbnail will show up.

I take It, by looking at these tutorials, that they will be more than ‘Shut it down and load it back up again 5 times and see if anything changes’ tutorials?

They will be more than that. The other tutorial I posted was just for if you just plugged the device in. I take It, by looking at these tutorials, that they will be more than ‘Shut it down and load it back up again 5 times and see if anything changes’ tutorials?

Again, another quick tutorial, not part of my dude341 PC Tutorial series.
How to fix devices you plug into your computer that show up as hard disks.
(Note, this solution should only be used when you are out of ideas to fix this problem. I may make a project about what to do before doing this.)
On some devices, Windows will not recognise them as a device, but rather a hard disk. To fix this:
Step 1: Open My Computer.
Step 2: Right click on the drive your device is located on, and click “Open as Portable Device”
Step 3: You will be taken to a new window. Your problem is fixed now.
You will see a device (labelled whatever drive the device was on) at the sidebar on Windows Explorer (not the sidebar found in Windows Vista.) It's icon will be a generic portable device icon.
Click on it, and you will see that it will take you to a window that looks similar to the device looked like when Windows thought it was a disk drive, however it will act like a device.
If you right click on the device and click Properties, it will tell you the name of the device, what Windows thinks is the manufacturer of the device (I say this because Windows takes the first word of the name of the device, and puts it in the manufacturer box. This can lead to funny situations, like if the device is called Mass Storage Device, the name will be Storage Device and the manufacturer will be Mass.), and it will also try to display the battery percentage and if it is charging or not. (If it can't it will either say “No battery”, “100%, Plugged In”, or “100% Charging”.)
