Do you want a bitmap cat, or do you want a vector cat? If it's the latter, you can use the walk cycles from griffpatch's Scratchnapped.

What It Is/What It Looks Like: I need this background converted to pixel art. I just don't have the time, I need to work on other stuff for this game.
Size: I need the size of each pixel to specifically match the smallest size possible in the bitmap editor (In other words, make the pen size as small as possible, zoom in to x1600, and then make it.
Amount of Detail: About as much as in the picture.
Shading: No shading, but please try to keep the gradient I used for the background in the picture.
Date: ASAP, but definitely no later than Feb. 28, because at that point, you're delaying the sharing of the project this is for.
