Although Tornadeon is a bit of a ripoff of Tornadus. Maybe you could change the name to something more suitable, like Soareon or Aeroeon.

Job: Director (I know it isn't on the job list, but you desperately need one. I already see some problems with direction going every which-way. A director is NOT a manager.) If not that, art or coding will be ok.
Activity (on a scale of 1 to 10): 9
Normal times on Scratch: I don't follow a schedule, but 99% of the time I'm on at least 2 hours. Some days I'm on from midnight to 2 am, other days it's noon to 5 pm, it's all over the place.
