For me to write a script, I'll need the OP to be quite strict in terms of the currently ordered bumps.

How about this syntax for dates:

Every 1 day
Every 2 days
Every 3 days
...
Every 1 week
Every 2 weeks @ 13:00
Every 3 weeks
...
2016-12-01
2017-01-01 @ 12:00

Also, should the bump script check if the thread is on the first page of the subforum's index, and if so, abort the bump?

I am thinking about how to do this, and have two main ideas, a Node.js script, (you will have to download Node.js…), a Python script (you will have to download Python…) and a Chrome Extension (you will have to use Google Chrome and have it on as frequently as possible).

Also, I am assuming that the bump schedule on the OP is based on UTC-5

Changed. Yes, I think it should abort the bump if that happens. Also, I probably won't be able to run the program on my computer, but I can change the OP if someone orders bumps.
