Not asking at all is better for us than anything… What they don't know can't hurt them. But telling the truth is good but not when it risks something you've been working on since MARCH!

Yes, but we have something going for us too: Creative Commons. As long as we use original content and original code only, the have no grounds to go after us.

Yes, but we have something going for us too: Creative Commons. As long as we use original content and original code only, the have no grounds to go after us.

You guys need to learn law XD.
We are modifying source assets to be fakemon, using the idea of pokemon. If they give us permission, we can use any content of theirs that they allow us to use + make fakemon if Nintendo agrees.)
btw, the company that owns pokemon is game freak (Nintendo holds a share but can't make major choices like copyright stuff since it probably doesn't hold more than 50% of the company
