Edit: First of all. Adding on to your list, you're going to need script writers. This is going to be much easier than an actual movie or anything because we're not animating it with Flash and it's not live-action, but we still need a script before we start the real thing. If anything, I'd love to be a script writer.

Well rcf already did the voice so I guess if you're a character maker or a animator you can make the final thing with the voice and the sprite.
