Hi all. I recently found a project that was a tutorial on how to follow YOURSELF. I tested it (Only to check that it worked) and it did. Therefore I felt that this glitch should be reported. You can see that I am apparently following myself on my profile which is usually impossible if you want proof. I am only providing these steps below because I want the scratch team to patch this…

1.) Sign into another scratch account - if you don't have one create one.

2.) In the address bar type in scratch.mit.edu/users/yournormalusername(not the one you are signed in as)/ So say I had an account called -BETA-2 alongside this account I would log into -BETA-2 and in the address bar type scratch.mit.edu/users/-BETA-/ .

3.) Open a NEW tab, go to the scratch homepage, sign out and then sign in as your NORMAL account.

4.) Go back to the OTHER tab and click ‘Follow’ . Close the tab which is on your profile. You are now following yourself.

You could then also log back into your other account and follow yourself from that account - I could follow -BETA- from -BETA- and -BETA-2 in other words.

Sorry for trying this out Scratch Team, I only did it to check it works before reporting this. Please patch this, I will un-follow myself now.

Edit - I now un-followed myself.

People have been doing this for awhile and the ST hasn't done anything about it, so I'll assume they don't mind it.

Well, I think that it shouldn't be reported! Reason: I mean why? Is it like stealing are they being rude to YOU? There's really not wrong with it! Unless YOU! @DjangoBB YOU!!!! Find something wrong with it. I already said what I think so what about YOU?

You do realize how old this topic is (hint: 5+ years old) and how nobody cares. Also, your tone kind of sound rude. Also, close your scratchblocks tags.

you can unfollow yourself too:
1. First open a new tab and log into any of your alts and then go to your MAINS profile. 2. you need to duplicate the tab and log into your main, if it takes you to the main page go to your profile. 3. if your alt is following already, unfollow, follow, then unfollow. If not it's just follow and unfollow. otherwise just click unfollow.

It does not have to be reported.
